I like the first one better, maybe its the effect of the sunlight on the bottle that gives it that warm shade.
My mom is holding up the bottle, against the maroon curtains of my room, the light in the first picture is the sheer sunlight through the maroon curtains that makes it look enchanted. .

i like pics taken without the flash...the flash sumhow makes it look very stark...
lovely pix once again!
i've been born a flash hater, i suppose. they burn out pictures, and make them lose color..
that is why i'm saving up for a good flash unit and some lighting equipment. I'm frustrated with the popup flash that i may rip it off any minute now.
i like the clor of your drapery. you must have a yellow wall. :)
absolutely lovely pics!
The day I get some money in my pocket, I will just walk down to your place and get a photography tutorial straightway.Hope you will not charge me too much !

Hi Vidya,
Have you tried using a flash diffuser? I strongly suggest you use that for close up photos, particularly portraits.
Cheers,
